an important wooden console richly carved with Atlanteans, a leafy and flowery garland and cornucopias framing a love surmounted by a traditional grotesque mask. Newly restored to the sheet by the workshop ZADOR (see Links), it rests on four feet, the two posterior-shaped form are finished with volutes. The front legs stabilize the console that does not need to rest against a wall, but simply to be backed, not being a piece of furniture. Top of veined white marble. Renaissance style work, XIXth century. 80 x 145 x 65 cm.
