Beautiful flat desk four faces in mahogany from Cuba opening with four drawers simulating five (a locker on the right with chest) and two side pulls. It rests on sheathed feet terminated by hooves. Beautiful ornamentation of chiseled and gilded bronzes such as draperies, rings, grooves and frames. Leather Havana with vignette. Directoire period, late 18th century.
