PAIR OF EGYPTIAN STYLE BRONZE CANDELABRA, France, 19th cent.

These extremely rare candelabra with showcase some fine bronze work in the Egyptian Revival, or Empire style, which developed at the midden of the 19th Century. Each candelabrum has two lights.

The gilded bronze lights are supported by two full-length bronze Egyptian figures, finely detailed throughout, with particularly impressive attire.
