This fountain is composed of three feet with scrolls and female masks.
Faucet made up of a dragon and a putto, body decorated with gadroons with strigils and berries.
Perfume burn with bronze buds and scrolls.
The perfume burner originally had a small iron part suspended by a chain.
Embers and odoriferous plants were placed there.
Totally asymmetrical tray with many decorations and partially decorated with berry branches.
Table fountains were a common object.
Indeed we did not eat iniquely with cutlery but also with the hands.
It allowed to wash the hands and not get up from the table.
This fountain is very elegant and spectacular by its size ( 69 cm ) and by its perfume burner that one hardly ever sees on the fountains.
